Papi’s Taqueria

Papi’s Taqueria is a small, beachy eatery that serves authentic Mexican cuisine in downtown Isle of Palms. It’s just by The Windjammer and Seaside Inn. There are two floors of dining and a rooftop bar with views of the ocean. They typically offer a limited food menu at the bar compared to downstairs.

You can either dine in or order takeout from Papi’s. Their menu includes everything from a ceviche shrimp tostada to a variety of tacos, quesadillas and even a Mexican sushi burrito roll. They have excellent cocktails, like their crowd-favorite Big Papi frozen margarita. They also have beer and wine.

Papi’s has a kids’ menu with quesadillas and chicken fingers. If you have food allergies, make sure to ask for their allergy list. It’s a very comprehensive overview of their offerings and which include certain allergens.
