Where to Get Coffee On Isle Of Palms
As you’ll see, there are only three coffee shops on the island! They are all very close to one another, too. Don’t you think there should be another closer to Sullivan’s Island? I smell an opportunity!

Cafe Paname is a coffee shop and cafe located on Isle of Palms. It’s just across the connector and makes for a great stop before hitting the beach.
They have a full espresso menu, a pastry case and croissant sandwiches. It’s an easy stop with order-at-the-counter service.
There’s no shortage of syrup flavors at Cafe Paname and you can always count on delicious seasonal drinks. They also have several varieties of tea available.
We highly recommend the bacon, egg and cheese croissant. Try the almond croissant if you want something sweet. Cafe Paname is also a great place for lunch on Isle of Palms, especially if you plan to take it to-go to enjoy on the beach.

Daily breakfast and brunch eatery with a coffee shop in Isle of Palms
The Refuge is a pretty interesting stop in the morning because they have something for everyone. If you are looking for a coffee or espresso drink on-the-go, pop in their ‘Coffee Bar’ part of the restaurant. And if you prefer to linger over breakfast with a cup of coffee, head to the restaurant!
We love that their coffee shop has a dedicated entrance. They also have a pastry case and seating inside if you are looking for a nice coffee shop vibe.
If you plan to dine at the restaurant, expect a great breakfast menu with brunch-like fare. They have french toast, bagel + lox pizza, Belgian chicken and waffles, a monte cristo sandwich and shrimp + grits with local Shem Creek shrimp. They also have omelets and a classic breakfast entree with eggs, home fries, bacon and toast.

Frosé, breakfast sandwiches and $1 coffee
If breakfast sandwiches, $1 coffee and fresh Frosé sound good to you, head to the Co-Op on Isle of Palms!
Their breakfast menu includes whipped ricotta toast, a sausage egg and cheese, a breakfast burrito and avocado toast. They have coffee, lattes and cold brew in addition to their famous frosé. You can buy it by the bottle or try out a flight.
The Co-Op’s original location is on Sullivan’s Island but now they have several locations in the Charleston area as well as in Nashville, Chattanooga, Charlotte, Las Vegas and on Kiawah.
